Shipping & Delivery
At Amor Carlo Rae, we take great care in preparing every package ready to make their way to you.
Please take a moment to read our delivery information below before placing your order.
Dispatching Your Order
All Amor Carlo Rae orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday on the same working day. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details where tracking is available.

Estimated delivery: 48 hours
Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed — £8.99
For orders placed before 3pm.
International Delivery
We are delighted to offer delivery outside of the UK.
Ireland — Royal Mail £10.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
International — Royal Mail £19.99
Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days
Please be aware that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services and circumstances outside of our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Click & Collect
For our local customer in Bradford, we offer a Click & Collect service from our Amor Carlo Rae collection point.
Simply select Click & Collect at checkout.
Once your order has been prepared and is ready for you, we will send you a collection confirmation email.
Delivery Delays
Although we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, Amor Carlo Rae cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
This may include courier delays, adverse weather, industrial action, customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
We truly appreciate your patience should your parcel experience an unexpected delay.
Your Delivery, Your Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly and in full when placing your order.
Once the designated courier has confirmed that your parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
This includes circumstances where a parcel has been:
• Delivered to a neighbour
• Left in a designated safe place
• Stolen following confirmed delivery
• Reported as missing after delivery has been confirmed
• Delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer
For this reason, we kindly recommend using a secure delivery address where possible.
